What to Expect at Your Next Visit
When you first enter the building, you will find a sanitizing station to clean your hands and the soles of your shoes.
We have placed plexiglass protection at the front desk.
We will ensure you are wearing a mask, ask you to fill out a screening questionnaire, and take your temperature. Our waiting room allows for proper social distancing.
Door knobs, pens, clip boards and other commonly touched surfaces are constantly disinfected throughout the building
You will receive dental treatment in an individual room with a protective door.
We will be wearing additional personal protective equipment.
We will use special equipment to help control aerosols during the appointment.
ACT tips funnel the aerosols into the HVE suction system.
Dry shields isolate the treatment area, provide throat coverage and continuous suction.
Antiseptic fogging upon patient dismissal is used to clean and disinfect the air of our individual rooms before doing our normal thorough infection control routines.
We also utilize medical-grade air purifiers to further clean the air.
When you check out you will do so at the side of the front desk and exit out the back door. This provides a safer one-way path for all patients in and out of the building.

- If you are ill with flu-like symptoms, please stay home and contact us to reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation or rescheduling fees during this time.
- If you or someone you are in close contact with have recently traveled to an area with outbreaks of COVID- 19 or if you have been exposed to someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19 or quarantined as a precaution, wait 14 days before making an appointment to make sure you are free of COVID-19 symptoms. Contact our office and we will reschedule your appointment with no cancellation or rescheduling fees.
