Dr. Franco is a wonder dentist, with outstanding technical skills, a vast medical knowledge, attention to detail, empathy and a person-centered approach. Thus, she explains her findings, offers options and clarifies the risks and benefits, all while maintaining a positive, hopeful, "bedside manner." Her assistant, Michelle, is equally warm and wonderful, going out of her way to make patients as comfortable as possible. This is a class-act.

I have never been a fan of going to the Dentist. Dr. Franco is the first dentist that I have been comfortable with as she explains everything carefully and understands my issues with dental work.

I want you to know how absolutely thrilled I am with my teeth! THANK YOU for your fine work. I had spent years trying to find a good solution to my unpleasant smile. You did a beautiful job creating “new” teeth for me, and then doing the needed cosmetic work in order to “match” the new ones to the existing teeth. I would recommend you and your practice , to anyone who is seeking a non-invasive, completely reversible, painless solution to an issue such as mine.

I'm 71 and all my life a trip to the dentist has been less than pleasant. Dr. Franco, her assistant Michelle, and hygienist Jean are warm, welcoming, competent and gentle. I actually smile more broadly as I walk up the steps.

As always, the staff is professional, friendly and supportive on a personal level. What's new is the protective equipment and materials since the reopening. It goes beyond CDC guidelines to include such things as spraying the bottoms of your shoes to keep from tracking things in. Also suction devices used during rinses and such, to prevent most aerosolized droplets from getting into the air. Nice job!

Dr Franco was amazing! She made my smile complete again. I lost a tooth and had been unsure about what to do with the gap for a long time. I knew an implant was the best option and She made the the process much easier than I thought it would be! I have a great new tooth and am so happy!

Every time I go to Franco & Associates Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, I walk out feeling extremely well taken care of. As soon as I step up to the front desk to check in I'm treated in a friendly and respectful manner . My last visit started with me being especially nervous and worried about the outcome of an oral surgery that required among other things, bone grafting and stitches. Dr. Gloria Lopez Franco is so gentle and caring, and explains as she goes. Her assistants are awesome in the same way! And once again, my procedure went very well and I walked out a happy camper thinking I'm so glad she is my dentist. Love my Hygienist too! An important side note, this office goes the extra mile to disinfect everything that can be touched - something I really appreciate!

I LOVE this dental clinic! (And that is saying a lot!) I would recommend Killian, Milnar & Associates to anyone! In fact, I already have to several people as this dental office was also recommended for me by a friend. I had avoided the dentist out of fear and due to financial worries, all of my concerns were reassured the moment I had my first visit.
