There has yet to be a time when I wasn’t entirely happy with the way I was treated from the greeting as I arrived to the quality of the treatments by Dr. Franco and the other staff. Dr. Franco is very thorough not only in the care of my teeth but also in the examination of my whole mouth, a thoroughness which discovered a lesion which could have become very dangerous. Dr. Franco is the best dentist I’ve ever had besides being very warm-hearted and generous.

They use the latest cleaning techniques. The cleaning is gentle but thorough. Guidance is given so you can maintain your teeth as best possible. Very understanding when I had not filled in forms from home. I love this place and drive across town since I have moved from St Paul.

Words I never thought I would use to describe going to the dentist: gentle, efficient, and thoughtful! Jean is an EXCELLENT hygenist and is always so lovely when I see her. She’s very efficient but gentle when working on my teeth. She even had a blanket in case the room was cold! Front desk ladies are also so friendly. Franco & Associates is a secret of St Paul. It looks like a sweet, old fashioned dental office on the corner of Snelling & Laurel. In fact, it’s one of the most high tech advanced dentistry practices in the country. Dr Milnar is world renowned and delivers the highest caliber service with speed, precision and expertise.
